These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website logotex.gr (the "Website"), operated by LogoTex, a digital agency based in Athens, Greece (VAT No. EL169290225) ("LogoTex", "we", "us"). By using the Website you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
1. Scope
These Terms apply only to the use of the Website itself. Any services we provide to clients — such as the design, development or maintenance of websites, e-shops and digital products — are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal concluded between LogoTex and the client. In case of conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the agreement prevails.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, its server or connected systems;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Website beyond what search engines routinely index;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information through the contact form, or use the form to send unsolicited commercial communications;
- use the Website in any way that infringes the rights of LogoTex or of any third party.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Website — including texts, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, source code and the LogoTex brand — is the property of LogoTex or its licensors and is protected by Greek, EU and international intellectual-property law. Client projects shown on the Website are presented with the consent of the respective clients, and any trademarks appearing in them belong to their owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from Website content without our prior written permission, except for brief excerpts with clear attribution.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not create a contract between you and LogoTex and does not oblige either party to enter into one. Any indicative information published on the Website regarding our services is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. A project engagement begins only once both parties have agreed to a written proposal or contract.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including live client projects. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, policies or practices of third-party websites.

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Greek law, including liability for intent (δόλος) or gross negligence (βαριά αμέλεια), or affects the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions granting jurisdiction elsewhere.
