Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LogoTex, a digital agency based in Athens, Greece (VAT No. EL169290225, email [email protected], tel. +30 694 909 9872), processes personal data as data controller when you visit logotex.gr or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

1. What data we collect

We collect only the data you give us and the minimum technical data required to operate the website securely:

• Enquiry form: name, business name, email address, telephone (optional), website link (optional), service of interest, indicative budget (optional), desired timeline and your message.
• Direct communication: data you provide when you email or call us.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically records short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) for security and fault diagnosis. We do not use them to identify visitors.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
• Performing a contract if a project engagement follows — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
• Retaining invoicing and contractual records — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation under Greek tax law).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

3. Cookies and local storage

The website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. It uses only technically necessary browser storage: your language preference and your cookie-notice choice, both stored locally on your device and never transmitted to us or to third parties. If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (for example analytics), we will ask for your consent first, in line with Article 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006 and the guidance of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

4. Who receives your data

Your data is accessed only by LogoTex and by the service providers that technically operate the website and our correspondence, acting as processors under Article 28 GDPR:

• Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling) — data may be processed on servers outside the EEA under the EU standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (DNS and network security) — processes technical connection data under equivalent safeguards.
• Our email provider, for receiving and answering enquiries.

Beyond these processors, we disclose personal data only where the law requires it (for example to tax or judicial authorities).

5. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months from our last exchange, so we can answer follow-up questions, then deleted.
• Contractual and invoicing records: for as long as Greek tax and commercial legislation requires (currently at least five years).
• Server logs: automatically deleted within a short rolling period set by the hosting provider.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] — we respond within one month. 7. Security

All traffic to the website is encrypted (TLS/HTTPS). We apply the principle of data minimisation, restrict access to enquiry data to the people who handle it, and use reputable infrastructure providers with certified security practices.

8. Minors

The website is addressed to businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 15 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website or in the law. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always available on this page.
