Exarcheia · Athens · Est. in the 1933 Blue Building
Coffee by day, cocktails by night — in the heart of Exarcheia.

About Bluehaus
A room with a little history.
Bluehaus lives on the ground floor of the storied Blue Building, the cobalt landmark that has anchored Exarcheia Square since 1933. We kept the soul of the place — the petrol-blue walls, the brick, the big street-facing windows — and filled it with good coffee, long brunches and, when the sun drops, a proper cocktail bar.
By day it hums with laptops and conversation. By night the teal pendants glow low and the bar takes over. Same room, two moods.
Two floors of history
The ground floor of the 1933 Blue Building — Athens’ first apartment block, hailed as très beau by Le Corbusier.
A working library
Petrol-blue walls, reclaimed wood and shelves of books to thumb through over a flat white.
Laptop-friendly mornings
Slow, sunlit hours with free Wi-Fi — the kind of room you settle into and lose track of time.
The Space
Brick, brass, petrol blue and a wall of beasts.
Hand-painted murals, teal glass pendants and a street-facing room that shifts with the light. Have a look around.
